Effective Date: July 8, 2024
Get rewarded and receive commissions for referring The Culinary Management Company (The CMC) to culinary-focused businesses for Qualified Services such as coaching, consulting, professional training, and development. We are successful because of the people and businesses we work with, and we reward those who refer new business, clients, and customers to us that become a Qualified Referral.
Please review the terms and conditions before becoming a referral partner and submitting a referral to us.
1. Program Overview
The CMC Referral Program rewards you for referring potential clients to us for our culinary-focused services. If your referral results in a Qualified Service, you'll receive a commission.
2. Eligibility
Individuals who are referring their own business, brand, or group are ineligible to participate in this Referral Program. Otherwise, we welcome referrals from all other individuals and organizations.
All individuals or entities referring business to The CMC as a partner must ensure they are eligible to receive such referral compensation under the laws and regulations of The State of Florida, U.S.A. It is the responsibility of the referring party to verify their compliance with all applicable legal requirements. The CMC reserves the right to withhold any referral payments if it is determined that the referring party is not in compliance with these legal requirements.
3. QUALIFYING REFERRALS
To qualify for a commission, both you and your referral must meet the following criteria:
Referral Partner Registration: You must be a registered referral partner before submitting any referrals. Registration can be completed through our online registration form (https://www.culinarymanagement.co/referral-partner-registration).
Submission Method: You must submit the referral through our online form (https://www.culinarymanagement.co/referral-lead-submission) or in writing (email is acceptable) after registering as a referral partner and before the referred business has any contact with The CMC.
New Contacts: The referred business must not be an existing contact or lead in our system.
Previous Clients: The referred business must not be a current or former client of The CMC.
4. Qualified Services
A Qualified Service is defined as any of the following services that the referred business purchases from The CMC:
New consulting engagement
New coaching engagement
Participation in a training program
Speaking engagement booking
Other services agreed upon in writing between The CMC and the referred business
5. Commission Payouts
Commission Amount: You will receive a commission of up to $500 for each Qualified Referral.
Payment Timing: The commission will be paid within 30 days of the referred business becoming an active client and fulfilling the terms of their contract with The CMC.
Payment Requirements: To receive your commission, you must complete and submit a W-9 (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) and ACH form to The CMC.
Payment Currency: All commission payments will be made in USD (United States Dollars).
Payment Method: Commission payments will be made via direct deposit (ACH transfer) to the bank account specified on the submitted ACH form.
