Culinary Entrepreneurship: The Infrastructure Program — Operator Track
Culinary Entrepreneurship: The Infrastructure Program — Operator Track
The Operator Track is designed for culinary entrepreneurs who want their decisions reviewed before they are finalized.
This level includes everything in the Foundations Track, plus an additional guided session each week focused on implementation review, risk assessment, and decision-making support.
Participants attend the weekly core class and remain for an extended session immediately following, where systems, agreements, pricing, and operational choices are examined more closely to help prevent costly missteps.
This track is ideal for owners who value feedback, accountability, and expert oversight while building their business infrastructure.
